2017 Base Camp Open - July 1st - GMPS, NEFA, and PDGA C

Registration for the Base Camp Open is OPEN!

When: July 1, 2017
Where: Base Camp Disc Golf, Killington Vermont
What: A damn good time!

This event will be GMPS, NEFA, and PDGA C-tier sanctioned.

Schedule:
8am - 9am Player Registration & Check-in
9:15am - 9:30am Players Meeting
9:45am Start of Round 1

Round 2 will start 1/2 hour after the last card comes in, lunch order will be waiting.

Lunch: Lunch orders WILL NOT BE TAKEN AT CHECK-IN. LUNCH IS AVAILABLE DURING ON-LINE PRE-REGISTRATION.

Tees:
All Pro Divisions, advanced, and MA2 - Long tees both rounds
Int. Women, Rec, & Juniors - Short tees both rounds

Hole 18 CTP competition: Durning each round each group will play for a CTP on hole 18. After the tournament each player who was CTP during the rounds will throw off for two $50 CTPs (one for each round) on hole 18 (modified tee location will be used). All the CTP players from round 1 will shoot first, then all the players from round 2. If you get the CTP both rounds you will throw in both groups.

Cancelation Policy: 100% refunds will be issued to any player who withdraws before noon Friday June 30th. Withdrawals after then and no shows will not receive a refund.

There has been a change to how we are doing lunch this year, since the tournament is the 4th of July weekend this year the deli has asked that we provide the lunch order on Friday afternoon. A lunch menu with options has been added to the pre-registration form. If you have not pre-registered and want lunch, please pre-register before noon Friday. Lunch orders will not be taken during check-in on Saturday morning. If you have pre-registered and want lunch please e-mail me (vtdiscrocs at gmail.com) your order and pay ($8) at check-in.
