The 2017 NH States Tournament on Hunts Mean 18 will take place on Saturday September 9th. Tournament information is within the second post below.

Hole Sponsorships are $25 and you are able to select your 1st round starting hole (FCFS) and 1 person to play that round with you. If you do 2 sponsorships, you can pick your 1st round card (all 5).All sponsors are entered in a raffle to win a practice/travel basket.

NEFA Points Event - TD - John Hart

Play: We will play 2 rounds of 18 holes. PDGA rules of play. Maximum number of golfers: 95.

Cost: $55 for Pro Open,
$40 for Pro Women, Pro Masters, Pro Grandmasters,
$35 for Advanced Men
$30 for Advanced Women, Intermediate Women, Advanced Masters, Advanced Grandmasters & Intermediate Men
$25 for Recreational & Juniors

$2 Ace Pot (included in registration)

Sponsors: Looking for $25 sponsors. Sponsors will have a chance to win a portable basket, and one sponsor will leave with one! Also Sponsors get to pick their Round 1 starting hole and one other player to join them on that hole.
Schedule: Players meeting 9:15 am, first round 9:30 am, lunch (can be ordered before Round 1), second round, awards.
Divisions: All NEFA Points Divisions- see above.
Prizes: Cash payout to pro divisions, Players Pack and Marshall Street bucks for amateur divisions.
Registration: On-line registration will be July 18th at 9 PM through NEFA. Info to follow.

So as usual I will get the official list from Matt/NEFA which I will then post. Seems simple, but it always takes a while. Matt can't stop it quick enough to cut off, so there will be some that paid who will be on the wait list. I count somewhere around 15 that will end up waitlist, but we'll see. 200+ emails in less than 5 minutes, they don't necessarily come in the registration order, so I can't tell until I have the list. Sorry for the wait as usual.

Saw this somewhere. Thursday-Sunday is good. Thursday is $50 paid to the caretaker. Friday-Sunday are free.

If you come Thursday or want to stay over Sunday night, please let me know. The caretaker at the site will collect $50 from each person there on Thursday or staying over on Sunday.

Follow the directions below. There is a gate at the end of Little Meadow Brook Road that should be open at 10 AM on Thursday.


Rindge Directions


From Eastern Mass:
Take Route 2 West go past Fitchburg/Leominster and continue to Exit 24B which is Route 140 North. Take 140 North for 9.3 Miles. The road will change to Route 12 North at the light. Continue another 1.4 Miles and take a right where it says To Route 202 North. Follow this north for about 5 miles (you will have crossed into NH). At this point you will be passing a Walmart on your left. Go 0.5 miles past the Walmart and take a left onto Perkins Road. Follow Perkins Road for about 1.3 Miles, and take a right onto Sunridge Road. Go about 0.6 Miles and bear left at fork. The road then ends shortly with a circular road. Stay to the right and then continue straight onto a dirt road, Little Meadow Brook Road. Go down the dirt road about a ¼ mile to an opening and you are at the course.


From Western Mass or Route 91:
Get to Route 2 and go just east of Athol and take Route 202 north through Winchendon. When you cross over into NH go another couple miles to the Walmart on your left. Go 0.5 miles past the Walmart and take a left onto Perkins Road. Follow Perkins Road for about 1.3 Miles, and take a right onto Sunridge Road. Go about 0.6 Miles and bear left at fork. The road then ends shortly with a circular road. Stay to the right and then continue straight onto a dirt road, Little Meadow Brook Road. Go down the dirt road about a ¼ mile to an opening and you are at the course.


From the South:
For most, the best way is to come up through Worcester, and get on 190 North, then Route 2 west. Take Route 2 West go past Fitchburg/Leominster and continue to Exit 24B which is Route 140 North. From the North or if you get lost:

Get to the intersection of Routes 119 and 202 in Rindge. Go south on Route 202 for about 3/4 mile and take a right onto Perkins Road.

Follow Perkins Road for about 1.3 Miles, and take a right onto Sunridge Road. Go about 0.6 Miles and bear left at fork. The road then ends shortly with a circular road. Stay to the right and then continue straight onto a dirt road, Little Meadow Brook Road. Go down the dirt road about a ¼ mile to an opening and you are at the course.

From Vermont it may be easiest to come across 119 from Brattleboro.

You can take a right off of 202 on either Perkins Road or Thomas Road, they merge together very quickly. Either will work.
