Just a quick question in regard to proposing and creating a course. I recall that there was a website that had a complete "how to" platelet for proposing a course and creative ideas for financing it.
Does anyone have a link to this? Was it on the PDGA site?
Question #2: Was there a deal where a school or public facility would place the first 9 baskets and PDGA or Innova or someone would pay for the other 9? Again,if anyone has info it would be of great help.
Any additional links to creating and financing a course would be nice and just may lead to a new one in NH.
