Favorite course in Vermont

Post by andy »

Just wondering what courses top the list for people in this beautiful state.

My favorites:

1. Calais/Blackfalls tie
2.Waterbury
3.Jay(First Trax)
4.Johnson State College
5.White River

These are the only courses I have played. I hear there are quite a few more. Some are private. How do we find out about these other mysterious courses? Shady Acres? Barton Mountain? South Branch? I would like to know? :)

I have played most of these courses Andy, and have to say I agree with your rundown. South Branch in Southern Vermont is supposed to be amazing. I am going to try to make their September 15 tourney. They have a website (just google South Branch disc golf). . As far as the other courses there is a league night at Shady Acres on Wednesday's. It is located on the Mountain road Montgomery side. This place is really cool. There is one shot over a 100' deep ravine! I have heard of Barton Mountain but have no idea where it is. Johnny B from Black Falls has played there before. He would probably steer you in the right direction. :D

Have not played the Bush yet. I cant wait to play it! I have to say South Branch is my favorite so far. Actually, I love all the courses in Vermont! Each one is unique and challenging in its own right. More courses are in the works as we speak!!!!! :D
