Courses near Southern CT / Long Island?

Also the place for aces, near aces, beautiful birdies and enormous eagles.

Courses near Southern CT / Long Island?

Post by Chris Bunce »

Looks like I'll be getting a job around the Milford area this summer, any courses worth playing around there? I know about Fairfield U, but are there any courses on Long Island that I might be able to take my boat out to?

I'm going to go ahead and recommend Cranbury. No courses on LI.

There actually is one in Orange at the community center. It's wide freakin open, so is basically good for practicing shots without fear of trees. I work in milford too, and stop by there during lunch for a quickie sometimes.

So to answer your question, nope. It's not worth playing, but is the equivalent of a driving range. FU and cranbury definitely. Hop brook in naugatuck/middlebury will be open April 19th which is probably the next closest.
