If you get out to play today, let us know what you think. Good, bad, indifferent.

We both poured what we had left into that pad! So far so good.. I would say that me and Matt both expect some settling of the pad, due to the stone dust... but it shouldn't settle that much, we'll be assessing it soon to fill some of the low spots that show.

So far so great! Checked out the pad as Steve and Matt were finishing up. Looks great and the footing is outstanding, even when wet!

Any word on a possible work day for more flypads? I know we've got the palooza coming up in a month, it'd be cool to get the rest of them out there.

Sundays work best for me. Doesn't look like any NEFA events this coming weekend, what's everybody doing?

Material has been delivered. Hopefully the material will make it's way to holes 1, 9, and 12. So what do you say...who is in to bang out a couple new tee pads on Sunday?

I should be there around 10. If you do not see me there, head towards the shed on hole 7. If i'm not there, head towards hole 12 tee.

Hole 12 white is done.

Ran into Ekap and Scooter at the park and banged out # 12, followed shortly after by Chris P. Ken and Brian arrived towards the end to lend a hand and that was that.

I hate to tell people not to work, but we don't want people working on the pads unless myself or Dean is present. We want to be sure that the pads go down correctly so we don't have to mess with them for some time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to teaching others how to install these pads so I don't have to be there to supervise all the time.

I can get there at 6pm. not much time to work on a pad, but if the material gets there before I do, we can bang one out in a hour and a half. The majority of the time spent making these is taken up by the time it takes to deliver the material.

Is the material on site or does it need to be delivered by truck? If its on site and there's a decent wheelbarrel available - I can help move the material to the next tee pad

here's the deal...the material is located next to the garage on hole 7. the next pads that should get done are 9, 1, 2...in that order. So yeah, either around the back of 7 and up to 17's blue tee to get to 9 white tee, or through the woods of hole 8. Probably easier to go around the outside then going through 8.

With the parks permission...If we had a pickup truck, we could load material in that, then dump it next to holes 1 and 2. If the material is there, the pads will go down easily.

OK, so who is around either on Saturday or Sunday this weekend and want to help out on the pads? Most of the grunt work has been taken care of by the tractor. We should be able to get two pads done in an afternoon.
