I can't believe no one posted

"Maybe if you found your right shoe that would help!"

After the sausage pictures it's a little difficulty to describe another stretch to try, but here goes (and yes I'm serious).

While kneeling (Insert joke right about...wait for it......here), keep your toes pointed (laces flat on ground), and slowly sit back on to your feet. Those with knee pain or issues, use caution here. If it is muscular in nature that should give it a stretch along the front of your shin. There is an outside chance of back involvement here too, so keep an eye on that.

I love my Merrills, but you also may want to try playing with gel heel cups. I had a bad case when I played ultimate, and stuck a pair in my cleats. The problem went away soon.

Just picked up my Merrells (Moab) and they were good for an under par round at Amesbury. Thanks for the recommendations. A+ for the Flatbread Pizza place that DanO sent us to.

But seriously, yeah the right footwear can solve a lot of problems. Thats how I saved my knees when I was hiking all the time.

You say hiking but we all know why ur knees hurt :cyclops:

be VERY careful with Superfeet!!
years ago i worked as a manager of a sporting goods store in Santa Cruz, CA. the superfeet rep came in to check on his display and since they were hardly moving he decided to give me a quick impromptu training and fitted me for a pair of their top of the line insoles. well, in less than 2 weeks i was experiencing severe pain in my feet and was walking with a noticeable limp. removing the insoles wasn't enough. i spent weeks going to a podiatrist to correct the damage that the damn insoles did. see, they have a plastic base that supposedly supports your arch. you trim the thing to length to get them to fit (the rep did this for me). well, apparently they didn't fit me properly because they friggin mess my $h!t up. i even considered sueing them.
please, be careful with your feet. and think twice b4 using effing superfeet

Bob,

When I'm looking for the right shoe, I usually find it just right of the left one. So I'd suggest finding your left shoe, look just a little to the right of that and you might find it.

OK, weak...I know. But since this thread suddenly appeared again and no one jabbed you with such, I figured I would.

Karl

Superfeet are great... but ONLY IF YOU NEED THEM!!! You wouldn't consider taking antibiotics if you're not sick would you?

I wear a custom made orthodic I recommend very much. As long as you have a foot problem like flat feet, that can be corrected by orthodics.

You'd want to have health isurance because they are pricy. My insurance covered them as a 'permanent corrective device'. I think at 80 percent.
