They want us to drink bit due to the type of license they have (and don't want to risk losing) they can't let us have kegs on the course and the price for a keg in the pavilion is $400 each.
I'm thinking that we either put everyone on their own for beer and put the money back into the competition, or we take the money we would have bought kegs with, and buy cans/bottles of our own.

In my opinion, let everyone buy their own beer from the Brewery. It is a business after all.
Bummer its too late for tee shirts or something like that. Or is it?

Would that mean no beer purchased at all? I'm ok with that, since it saves me on the logistics of buying all that beer and getting it to the course cold.
Roger and judge from the bombers squad will be bringing four water coolers. Two of them will be ice water and two will be Gatorade, so alt bev is covered cheaply.

If that's the way we go, then we have some extra cash to get rid of! A couple thoughts of additional things we can do with the money:
* Increase #/$ CTP's and/or Bounties
* Do some lunch-time activities for $ (putting contest, ace race, etc)

If we can get someone to run it,thats fine. I can usually lean on Emilyta and Cheef but we will be at a brewery!
