if you would like to walk design and hear overall thoughts for property I would of course be open to input

this is of course if the land is still to be DG
we shall know that soon
when I hear word, we need to hit this and hit it hard as its due time and the more time wasted the more the undergrowth after timber harvest will be pain in bum

once I hear word from City I am insta scheduling walk through approval, would be nice to have a few, and a few that have walked design already

once approved and I know it will be we followed all the blah blahs we can tweak,change things it is not iron clad to that is what was approved we must do this

its an ok we can flag and start working so its DG marked

the plan is for future courses on other side of cough 80 acres and possible bunny ADA course in years to follow

Ok so we are still on inside.

That said we need the plan lol

all design work is done for purposes of at least getting this past approval stage.

what some might not understand is design is just not about saying ok here is a hole. The land must be thoroughly researched in all seasons. That alone takes a year. As this is year round activity being NE all seasons apply and have their own changes to land

kinda of reason I took on this challenge of DG domination along RT2 years ago was sick of seeing half arse crap courses and having to fix them over and over bad design sucks forever

it is mapped by GPS and has been cleared as inside property lines and not disturbing wetlands,wildlife etc

I will contact mapping lady she is really nice person to make sure cords are still overlaid onto land map to display to city officials

I need help organizing this plan...so anyone who may not be able to slave out there great time to step forward this will be huge help!

I researched and spoke with several authorities on ADA

I have reached out to someone in the DG world that is dedicated to our sport and has a vested interest in this project as it is 2 miles from his house

He will be taking on the task of formalizing this Plan to the City
we all know my formal writing skill!z! creative maybe but lol formal
I could get by but this is a City and formal to the T crossed and I dotted is critical

In meantime lets add some things that should be added in this plan
I have posted what the city has expressed to me over the years and meetings
It is actually funny going to city hall people in suits and then me as is...good thing they have sense of humor although only 1 of 3 got my reference to China joke last time hey like tosh if one guy laughs and gets it win win win

She said new imagery from last years city flyover is all uploaded to cities database and ready for maps
That was actually a holdback last year on this project
