This has been updated with a few minor adjustments to B2, Dam Team and Panthorn.

OK here are the hole assignments. I had to change my original plan due to teams having anywhere from 10-16 players.

I put 3 capt on holes 1 and 2 so we could finish on 18 and 1. Women are split on 17 and 18.

Everything else is the order from your lists with a few exceptions. Anyone that was questionable for attendence I shifted to a card with 5 so if they didn't come it would be an easy drop off the card.
