So, the commish stated this early on; "Also, there will be no roster moves, add on or whatever's.
The team that starts the league is all you get for the whole right weeks. If you start with no alternate, you can't add one after the league begins on April 22nd, Boyee!!!"

Which is why we protest last week. Seems to me, according to the rules we are 3-1 now. Unless the rules changed, of course.

Valis, Dave, you know I love you guys, and I don't want to turn this into one of NEFA's stupid arguments. Honestly, two of my favorite all-time NEFA brothers. My thought is that if KG was not allowed to be an alternate, than it would have been a forfeit. I don't want to play tonight due to a lot of pain, but I am going because we have to forfeit if I don't show, since our "backup" is hunting babes in a foreign land.

Dave's the commish though, and whatever he says we will live with. I don't even know how the thing ends, or if records even matter, but if they do at least I voiced my opinion.

I reread the thread and it doesn't look like you criticized anybody. But you specifically asked them to unstack the team. That obviously implies that the team was viewed as stacked, maybe even too stacked. If you "hear him" as you say, then why ignore his legitimate concern?

And for the record, I am not involved in this league, nor should I bother getting involved with this thread. But when a stand-up guy like Dennis expresses a concern, and supplies the evidence from this thread to support his argument...and it's met with responses about crying trees and "tough crap, we're learning", then any conscientious person would scratch their head and continue to ask for a REAL answer, not platitudes.

If you and Sroka are playing in the same two some, against Donny and I, each player plays the hole and gets a score.
Add the two scores together from each team. The lower combined two scores wins the match.

In the event of a tie, we will add the four scores together from each team to determine the winner.

TWO BEST DISC is simple.
The two players in the group on a team, add their single score together to derive a single score. The lower combined score in the foursome wins their match.

EX:

sully 52
donny 48= 100 team score.

Hollows 57
Gallerani 41= 98 team score.

So, team Those Guys (Hollows/Gallerani) win the match in their group. Ya dig.

On May 13 the Commissioner said: “No alt replacement.
If you play three, your opponent gets an automatic win if they have four ready to go.”

Based on that Gardner can’t play. Right, Commish?
