I'm still in shock. So much for that energy and attacking the net that we saw early in the 1st!

Re: NHL 2009
Unreal. #7 and #8 seeds left in Eastern Conference; #1 and #2 left in Western Conference. WTF. Still reeling from Bruins epic collapse. What a bunch of F*&$#'ing losers. Just like my tournament collapses in second rounds.

Re: NHL 2009
I hate boston sports and all boston sports fans even more now... However, in respect to my fellow boston sports loving golfing compadres, I will not go into what a colossal collapse this was. Probably will go down as the biggest sports collapse ever. We'll look back at this 50 years from now (and I will dig up the thread to rehash the issue then) and agree that If you were a fan of Boston sports you probably should have taken a gun to your head. But I wont get into this...
Instead, lets talk about philly crushing the habs 6-0. 6-0...are you f'n kidding me. Great game Halak...4 goals on 14 shots. Thats impressive. I take back all my good comments. You are now dead to me. Seriously, this could be the worst hockey playoffs ever. I think I'm going with Chicago since I like Kane and he beats up cab drivers...

and in the end
we have learned
to love the journey
and not the destination...
In the end, my friend, we will all be together again...

that goalie was on fire yesterday...the Sharks were unloading on him...the late glove save he made was insane....its gonna be a tough road for the Sharks....

Re: NHL 2009
LETS GO FLYERS !!!! BEAT the HABS!!!!
as i texted with my fellow philly brethren about the game while watching the game...
i think it came down to this: TALENT defeating TEAM.
the loss of Krecji and gain of Gagne was too much.
i was shocked Rask gave up 4 goals, never would have imagined that.
Leighton was the better goalie during the year....and now he is back.
I screamed three times that night, each Bruins goal.
I really wanted them to move on...but either way, bittersweet.
