Yeah Matt thanks for stepping up and taking care of all this. It will be a great time on saturday, the weather should be on ours side. It will be pretty cool to see how many people are actually going to be there

Due to some unforseen issues, it appears that everyone will be on their own for purchasing beer. The logistics of getting beer served at the course was cost prohibitive and could not be justified. We encourage you all to enjoy some fine Pioneer brews on Saturday, but it will not be free of charge. The money we intended to use for this purpose will go to competition based rewards.

ah.... I thought it was just a money issue. If there's other stuff going on, then I guess everyone is on there own for beer...

btw, $5 x 100 people isn't enough for a couple kegs? man, that better be some REALLY good beer.

It would just cover it and leave a little bit extra for cups. However, not everyone will want to pitch in for that. Seems like the simplest thing to do at this point is to have everyone on their own for beer.
