Just finished playing a round and a half at Dagobah...

Absolutely no water present, even the hot tub is dry. There were absolutely no signs of mosquitoes. I did not see any snakes. Should be a great time playing tomorrow...

if these conditions were actually true...

Ill have fun anway

i'll post a full write up in the AM.

huge thanks to everyone who attended!

Ass expected...Wickham takes the win with a couple impressive scores.

i'm glad the water receded, and there weren't any bugs bothering us through-out both rounds.....

who am i kidding.....does anyone remember this night? i though it was so cool when it happened to the stinking yankees, not so much when it happens to me while putting.

That would have been an awesome idea Zak ...play a CT challenge at a Mass course...makes complete sense

Had a great time playing with everyone and meeting new people...hopefully I remember how to putt by challenge season.

it was really nice to see all the CT teams together, yesterday. two rounds of golf were played, followed by intense battles of KAN-JAM, longest roller toss, putting championship, and HORSE. the food was incredible, and there was more beer then i've ever seen at a challenge.

Results: (please keep in mind, some teams were not full strength and this was for fun)

1stWickham 549+410= 959
2ndCranbury 561+414= 975
3rdPanthorn 565+450= 1015
4thTolland 587+446= 1033
5thWest Thompson 644+456= 1100

Results for the nalgene trophies:

pro----jesse (Wickham) 55
womens-----kBayer (panthorn via loan from b-lands, thanks for spending the day with us) 76
masters-----jack nickel (wickham) 57
doubles---dustin/mario (cranbury) 49
AM-----4 tieing at 58
-abel (Wickham) won the playoff for the trophy
-ryan (panthorn)
-zoro (panthorn)
-corymort (west thompson)

highlights:
-marvin's spring rolls were incredible....didn't know how to say that without having to say "nojomo"...
-ryan still has some killer KAN-JAM skills.
-LIck and Brian Carter can only win in Kan-Jam with a cheater disc.....
-i think there were 3 aces, i know Brett got one...sorry i forgot the others
-Keegen can turbo putt with the best of them.
-Abel shot 9 outta 15 in the putting championship
-jesse won the putting with 13 out of 15
-not sure who won horse

congratulations to team wick. It'd be great to see the Apool crown back in CT this season, go wick, go cran!

again, thanks for coming everyone.

WEre there three aces? I know Brett nabbed Hole #4 (I think he'll play CT-bank your shot-singles more willingly now). Andrew T # 10.

THANK YOU 'THORN and LiCk for assembling the occasion!!

Thank you to all who contributed to a royal feast fit for Czars..

Thank you for the Rauchbier Cows...you'll always have a taker for smoked beer if you find it on your hands...just "fire" it my way

It was a fun day yesterday! Big thanks to Zoro and Lick for pulling it off. Looking forward to it being an annual event at alternating courses.

Big shout out to who ever brought food and beverage to share. I didn't try everything but I had some great pasta salad, mac&cheese, spring rolls, stuffed bread and sweets from the bakery. For beverages big thanks to Les/Hartford Brewing and also The Cows for the great variety of cider and beer.

The course was wet and buggy, but a lot drier then it was earlier in the week. Big thanks to everyone who put in the time to get the course playable.

Who wants to be next years host?
