Yeah DMack, I think Tully's a good option. I'm with you on this Toothy. Let's work together. I like the attitude.

Re: Team Tolland DG
I want to be the first to congratulate our team on a great season.
We should be proud to have gone 5-0 through home/away and neutral matches.
We made a great run after our return to the "B" division.
As team members you all came, showed your skills and made it happen.
Our team made great acquisitions this year and our core members got it done.
Let finals fall where it may.
We earned the perfect season.
Good job cap'n

Re: Team Tolland DG
Early on in the season we, Newton Hill, were trying to agree on a neutral course against Panthorn. Tolland was suggested. I voted strongly against Tolland and perhaps dissed your course. I did not know at that time that there was a TT. Well NOW I know. I remember thinking, if there is a TT, they'll be good. Playing that course makes any other course I've played seem wide open.
Congratulations on 5 big wins!

Re: Team Tolland DG
Thanks Rick. you are not the first to diss. Our course does make great players. With Wickham nearby we have the best of both worlds - long and tight.
For all you on TT, this is what finals looks like:
B POOL
Pleasant Hill (5-0)
Tolland (5-0)
Crane Hill (3-2)
NoHo (3-2)
West Thompson (3-2)
Buff (3-2)
Dam Team (2-3)
Newton Hill (2-3)
Maple Hill (2-3)
Panthorn (1-4)
Borderland II (1-4)
Hylands (0-5)
We will be playing the top half. PHill beware !
So upon consulting the finals thread here is what i found:
up to 16 players for finals
top 10 singles scores
top 5 dubz scores
We have as eligible players for finals:
Eric Mauer
Zak
DMack
Brett
Alto
Les
Mike B
Todd
David W
Eric morris
Just 10 players
On the bubble:
C Webb (did he play enough to get to finals ?)
Jay (IR)
Kylie (???)
DM (out)
Bring your "A" game fellas

You guys suk.
Maine would have been soooooooo awesome for finals
Looks like I'm stuck with Team Tolland crushing my course while my team plays at West T and I work. At Maple Hill catering to you meanies.
Let me guess, I may even have to see you guys for a practice round before the finals
JK.
Great season u dudes. It's gonna be great seeing the top three teams at finals battling for the entry to the A Pool.

I'm willing to provide a house, a grill, some beer and a 9 hole yard course.
Also, in case you guys didn't read the finals thread - we need to bring money to finals. The team finals costs our team $67.00 so divide that by 11 players and you have $6.10 pp. We need every player to show. players mtg is at 9:40 AM.
TT

Re: Team Tolland DG
Nice season fellerz! Took one on the chin Saturday but I think we can still look back at a pretty solid year with a lot of success. I feel like we experienced first hand, the importance of having the maximum number of players eligible for finals, and we will learn from that. (assuming the format remains the same in regards to dropping the worst 6 scores, etc...) I think we need to reload during the offseason and make sure we have full roster of committed and dependable players. Team expansion tryout? Tournament? Classified ad on Craigslist
?
Looking forward to the team party at Les's house! Les do this!
Captain E - Outstanding job this year. No need to say more.
Mullen and Barnett - F U GUYS!! Haha no sir! Congrats on moving up and contributing to, and being able to call yourselves a part of, the undisputed greatest team of disc golfers in New England and beyond
Todd L - Huge pickup and instant contributer. (Well.... maybe not instant coughtpanthornchallengecough) Hahah. J/k dude, your my favorite socially awkward engineer DG buddie I know. Thanks for saving my a$$ countless times during our dubs matches.
Tim Z - Welcome to TT, albeit an abbreviated season. We look forward to having you for a full season next year.
Eric Morris - Dude came outta nowhere this year with a MUCH improved game. Joined the squad last minute to round out our numbers, but then he goes and gets several HUGE wins! (and a pretty important tie also
)
Jayfro - Rest that bad disc so you can throw some discs, homie...AND STOP DUNKING ON PEOPLE MAN, YOU'RE TOO OLD. Not playing basketball to stay healthy enough for DG is far better than not being able to play anything, isn't it? I gave up baseball this year after playing every season for the past 24 years, you can do it.
Alto - Is it me or did Alto hit DG puberty? One word, Altpro.
Kylie - We've all been thinking of you and really hope you're doing well. I know it's been a very difficult year for you personally, but hang in there because things can only get better from here. Looking forward to playing a round with you soon and catching up.
TT-2012 is in the books.
