Kenji got it right but I thought I would elaborate.

Ira - you will see your Sunapee points as well as ALL NEFA events on the Points Series Spreadsheet. But as Kenji stated, since you are a MA resident, your name will only appear on the Massachusetts' Regional Report. Kenji, being from NY, can qualify in NJ/NY, or CT or MA.
But as a Mass resident you can only qualify in Mass.

They do count for regular season standings/payouts just not for the invite to finals.

The link for the points can be found in the very first topic under the NEFA Points Series area. It has been there and will be there for the remainder of the season.

I have one small issue with the regional points rankings.

I was told specifically that Mt. Kisco wasn't a regional qualifier before the event as all the kinks in the system were still being worked out at that time. Therefore, I didn't renew the day of the event. I feel that because it was retroactively added as a qualifier, my points from the event should count towards the regional standings. I realize that my points for this event won't count for the overall standings and that is completely understandable.

I would have definitely renewed my membership prior to the event had I known that it would eventually be added as a qualifying event for my region.

It is probably a moot point because I will most likely qualify for finals anyway, but I also want to see my name higher up in the standings.

I expected this would be an issue with somebody. I'll get with the rest of the BoD to see what repercussions are involved with prorating your Kisco points.

I had one error on the Black Falls spreadsheet that I found after I had passed it on. Steve Bosnac had a score of 73 and should be in 5th place in AM2. I also included NEFA #'s for all players because I knew I was missing a few, and I used the complete member list instead of the current member list. I believe a few are not members this year, but their member #'s are listed anyway. I apologize if this creates issues, but it was my first pass at this as a NEFA TD. Thank you for your work on this.

Including NEFA# for those that are not current is not a problem. The query looks at the NEFA# and checks to see that they were current ON or BEFORE the date of the event. Iwill correct the scores and the changes will be in the next update.

Danny mentioned to me that mt sunapee event needs to pay their nefa fees. He had to take the results down he put them up in error. PM the TD to get the nefa fees in.

The Brewster Ridge Open is still NEFA Pending. It is happening in a week. I sent in the money for it months ago. Is there anything that need to be done to make it official? Let me know, I'd like to get it confirmed ASAP.

I had an idea that we could split the series into three parts for the year; singles, doubles, and match play.

I agree Mike...we are just ahead of our time...one day...well maybe or will matchplay be forgotten by the non TC masses...and dubz will be rebirthed one day...
