Re: West Thompson
Driving over the dam I seen two people with long ropes trying to get the disc out on the ice at hole 16.
Hopefully they are not thieves.

Lost a very special (to me) pink Lat 64 Spike on Saturday, in the pond on 16. Skittered clear across the ice and is closer to hole 15's fairway, about 20 feet from the shore. It's probably wedged in the ice and won't be recoverable until spring, but I'd love to see that disc again.

Crap, I left my 2007 MSDGC Orange Buzz on hole 14 and when I went back to get it, it was gone. Name, email and cell number are on it. It was right of the green, in the woods a bit.
Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that disc getting bigger?". Then it hits me.

...can we dive yet at wt ?
Keith,
I've inquired (formally - for the past 4 years - with the head ranger there) regarding diving at WTL and each year he states - and I believe him - that the State of CT saids "NO!". It is (supposedly) "for your own good" (as I was told) because the coliform count (bacteria) is above the limit set for "safe swimming". I said I'd be willing to go anyway, but the rangers said "no"...so I'm obeying them...it's their property (and I'm NOT going to be the one who potentially gets the course pulled because of some discs).

Re: West Thompson
im not sure who to contact for this, but i figured posting it here would be good. there was a guy fishing by hole 16. my partners disc went into the drink and the nice fisherman pulled the disc out with his net. he informed us that he has found a ??-??? amounts of discs and he returns them to the ranger station. he even calls the numbers on the discs. the main reason why i am mentioning this is because he told me that it never seems like the discs are picked up from the station. im not sure if you guys knew this but i just wanted to let you know just in case you did not. however i am just gonna take a wild guess and assume that you already do know.
Closer than I was...

He told me the same thing. And that after a couple of months sitting at the station he sells them.

I saw that guy with his boat fishing out people's discs. He left right before I threw, then guess where my disc went. Yup.

I remember you at least took it out of your bag once to show the mustaches to John and I during the 2nd round. I think I saw you throw it later in the round as well. Maybe hole 15?

Re: West Thompson
Anyone know James Coleely? Or Cokely? Name but no number on his disc.
ALSO:
My ten year old's Purple Diamond went missing on hole ten today. It's his favorite disc, and that disc has single-handedly enabled him to actually play with the big boys, so we'd love it back. We went back looking for it, and at this point I'm nearly certain someone's picked it up. Thanks.
