November 16, Sunday, Come Make 18 Tire Baskets at Pyramids

My heartfelt thanks to the 11 people who assisted with our tire-basket-making enterprise on Sunday.

We have 18 tire baskets, including the ones returned by Norm (and one from Jeff Chauvin) that we fixed for a complete set.

Michelle painted the tee marker rocks a light blue, with bright red numbers, and they came out beautiful. And it was a relatively long workday, with a great lunch of pasta and meatballs by Kelley, and work starting at 9 and going all the way to 3:30.

Most people there come right out of Jason's Little Black Book of Workday Allstars.

Except for Joe Vaughn, whom I just met this year at Keema's overnight glow extravaganza, and then, met again at yesterday at Pyramids and got to know AGAIN before I realized I already knew him. And I'm just wondering, do other people think it's normal to be embarrassed multiple times each day, then also often recall moments from the 36-volume, hardbound, personal history of embarrassing moments, and be just as embarrassed again?

Anyway, it was just absolutely fantastic having you here to do this thing. Good day great people, with a lot of skills that mixed swimmingly, with no shortage of tools, either.

I'll let you know when someone says we can plant 'em.
