Good to hear that there is some solid enthusiasm for Team Capt. Lawrence. This idea started on our Crawfish email thread and has blossomed into a Southern New York Disc Golf Alliance. I volunteered to captain the team, but Newman has done a lot of the legwork in terms of putting the roster together, so I don't even know everyone on the list. Please encourage anyone on the list to post to this thread so that we can get the roster finalized. If we can get everyone on the list on board, we will have to have a tryout for the 14th spot.

On the Crawfish end we've got:
Me
Dr. Nick
Chris Martin
Pat Konckle
Mel
Josh Isaac
Brooklyn Crawfish
Team Captain Lawrence

So who's on this team? I thought Bill was the Captain...no?

When do we start?

Will FDR be the place for our first challenge?

Can we play at Warwick once?

Lets go!

I was thinking the same thing - what would be our home course or do we even need to declare a home course. Can we host challenges at different courses?

You have to choose a home course.

You can declare a couple home courses however. (2) is the max, most teams have 1 course, but obviously, teams like Wickham play all over the place in the winter, since their course is closed, as you all know.

Mainly for the reason that if one is unplayable, then you can play at another course that is more playable.

Tully vs. WT

Post by Josh Polur »

Looks like a toss up between Tully and West Thompson for 2nd. Div. B spot.

Personally, I like Tully's beer better (next to the Capt. of course). Gardner and PBR Country. :drunken:

Go Tully.
