There's nothing about in-state requirements at all that I can see.
The standings Jeff linked to show me as having met the minimum (so I presume that means I'm eligible for finals) yet I haven't played a single event in state this year, largely because the only event in the state is the one I ran but didn't play.

There are no requirements for the number of tournaments in your own state. We did away with that this year to encourage people to play anywhere they wanted, while still counting towards the NEDGC invite for your home region. Therefore, I could play in five events, none of which in MA, and all five would count towards my NEDGC regional standings. The total number of events to qualify for NEDGC was lowered to three for the NEDGC invite purposes, though you will likely need more than three scores to be high enough in the ranking to qualify for an invite.

crazy differnt for sure nowadays..my first years going to ME nefa events was cool
MPT blew up I guess
If the "Finals" evolves to what the present PTB want it to be and the MIN events being lowered do you see that changing at all Josh? just curious

so then why are some names highlighted and others not, in the standings report?
and is there a clear outline of these NEDGC requirements anywhere? if not, there should be.. no responses, just one outline for all to read.. with all current year changes highlighted each start to the season...

In the Regional List, names get highlighted once they hit the 3 tourney minimum.
In the overall points, names get highlighted once they hit the tourney minimum of your division.

Hi Danny - Thanks for doing all of the recording of the points series. I don't think my NEFA number was included on the points series report for Sunapee - I am NEFA #1518, and wanted to see if you wouldn't mind applying the few points I earned that day to the points series standings?

It looks like Matt Ducharme got 1st place points for the fall finale but Steve Clark won AM3, I don't believe he is a NEFA member.

Jimmy - I'll take a look. I was bleary eyes finalizing the report, and the template is more protected than the PDGA one, which made it harder to edit.

Thanks for letting me know - I just compared the Excel report I received and the PDGA site and the results in MA3 are mixed up.
I need to clear this up with Ira but will begin by using the PDGA data.
I went ahead and updated it based on the info on the PDGA site.

Last year with at Nefa finals, I received a year membership to Nefa. I spoke with Rick and signed my brother up, so there are 2 minor issues for some reason I can't find my brother, Harris Reid's Nefa number, and he placed in the Cranbury Ice Bowl.. thank you for your help!

According to the membership list, Harris' sign-up/renewal date is 3/22/2015, which is AFTER the Cranbury Event.
Since this is his first year in NEFA, the 'grace period' rule applies and I can back-date his sign-up date.
Harris should get the points for Cranbury on the next update.

I played in the BUC tournament under Recreation but have points awarded. I joined NEFA before the tournament took place.

It is June. It would be cool if you could click on the NEFA points link on the homepage and it brought you to the 2015 results instead of the 2014 results that no one gives a [bleep] about.
