In Uxbridge I'm basically as far south as Webster is. In my yard I have some exposed ground. Where there is still snow it's basically down to 2 inches or less and as of this morning, frozen. You would not lose any discs in my yard. Webster should be similar.

Hi Jon...the snow was only about 4 inches yesterday and kinda hard packed on the top...i played and had no trouble finding my plastic....tee pads are good...little dirty.... ground should be pretty frozen up most of the day tomorrow....wind is going to be a factor off of Club Pond...I hope it's a great day for everyone tomorrow!

Just a quick update!...I have recently installed brooms for ALL the tee pads...they are gray brooms with blue bristles they are held to the trees by spring clips...some of them may not be right next the tee, because of where some of the trees are...but they are all easily accesible...I tried them today and they easily remove the light snow that was there today!...please remember to return them to the mounts after you use them.....also we have a new mailbox to put your money in that replaced the ugly iron one...and we also have a new sign in sheet. i am in the process of replacing the nasty cardboard sign that is now gone...I think a nicer greeting is in order....stay tuned! 8-)

**ATTENTION** due to the extreme weather that we experienced overnight The course is CLOSED until further notice!!...I will be out to do a damage/safety assesment by 8:30 this morning, at which point if there are any trees down or causing a hazard I will remove them...I may be back here soon looking for an extra pair of hands if need be...when i'm done, I will be back here to notify you all that it is safe...I will be posting on Facebook as well. If you ever go to the course and find an ORANGE CONE on Hole 1 tee pad...DO NOT start playing...I have put it there to warn you! :)) I will be back here to let you all know when it is open again! Thank You

Been a little while since I got to post here!...For right now I will announce one big piece of news for you all!....due to many things that we have learned in the first year of the course being here, 1 thing in particular has stood out through a lot of conversation..Hole 1, it just doesn't work....it's in a beautiful spot near the pond, but thats about it...horse shoe pit in the fairway, cars parked to the right , big blue dumpster, bird pen, 25 trees, hecklers...etc etc. That being said...we're building a replacement!...some have seen it, I encourage everyone to check it out!. Here's the specs. Par 3 291' down a long tight corridor...those who have seen it, so far it has gotten a good reception , except for one thing...it's a tough hole 1 , but it's an awesome hole 18!. Soooo.....after the Vibram Birdie Bash on May 19th, we will be finishing the hole and re-numbering the course! Hole 2 will be the new hole 1, you will play the course as you always have, until you get to what is now 18, will be 17, and we will have a path and plenty of signage to get you to 18!. Speaking of signs!...the poles are going to be getting installed late next week....we will be using a local company called Graphics Unlimited to make the sponsor signs, when the time comes I will be contacting hole sponsors with instructions to get what they want on the sign to the graphics co. With the quick green up happening this week and next , there will be plenty of work days coming up, for brush hogging, and other course maintenance and some minor adjustments we will be needing to make , so things will flow along a little better! I look forward to seeing you all out at Webster, and at our other beautiful local courses! 8-)

Whew! guess I should blow the dust off this thread!

Good evening Everyone

I would like to take a minute to update you all on a couple of things.

1. all of the sponsor signs are up! and all of our baskets are fully sponsored!
2. if you haven't already heard, Hole 6 has been revised and is now a 537' par 4
3. course par is now 57 our score cards still have it as 62 i believe
4. 2014 will bring newly redesigned scorecards!
5. I began working on the building that is to become our Pro Shop during the 3rd week of October, we are at the point of putting together a materials list.
We are hoping to have it open in January

I am constantly looking at ways to make our course better and we have a few ideas coming up that I hope you all will enjoy!

I will be doing an updated lost and found list on the appropriate page in the next day or so. not much to list.

any questions, comments and concerns please don't hesitate to ask!
