Looking Goood!
Steve, Les shot a 54 yesterday so our opinion is a few more minor clearings and the course should be quite fair. Still trying to get the town to step up and put in the Kiosk, tee signs, and help with the tee boxes. Not sure if it will happen though.

What the...
On the 4th, went to XFarms and played a round. Shot a "typical" (for me) 62 (this course eats me up). Then went to the Storrs course and, unfortunately, found that it is pretty much unplayable (a lot of new growth (not cleared out) which virtually closes all the previously-really-tight-already fairways. Went back to Tolland and was getting every break known to man! It's days like this that I REALLY MUST remember when things are going really poorly...that there is such a thing as GOOD luck. Today proved it. Shot a 53. I won't do that again EVER!!! Mark it down. PR. On holes 1, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 15, and 17, my disc never hit a tree. That's freaky miss'n. Shot a 333433332,333431333. And the neat thing was that the 1 was witnessed by a UConn student (from Manchester) named Chris, who was playing 16's fairway when it hit (played out the round with him).

I was busy getting a 5 on 16 when I hear the sound of chains and then a huge "WOOOOHOOOOO!!!" from behind me. Awesome ace, Karl. Glad I was there to see it.
Those roller tips really helped me out too, man. I went to Wickham yesterday and tried rolling on hole 16 and it literally rolled right up next to the pin and plopped down like a trained german shepard for my first birdie on that godforsaken hole. Much appreciated. Hope to see you out there again sometime soon!
