Why do Vikings eat cereal off of a plate?

Every time they get close to a bowl, they choke.

wow, shouldn't that be in miscellaneous? oh, wait.....

good joke.

I can't believe Favre would throw a pick that late in a championship game. Especially when they had the win knocking on their doorstep.

Now that's funny too, huh?

He made all us old(er) guys look bad.

Jim
We were counting on the 12th man (the croud) making a difference.

Who would have thought the 12th man would be a Viking?

We will take it. Black and Gold Super Bowl

"Black and Gold Super Bowl "

Wasn't that last year?

I believe experience beats excitement (Manning over a first time Super Bowler), but that would also mean that Favre should've won......

Yeah. Saints. Do it. There's no team like NO Team.

I did root for the AFC East, but now that they're out, I really don't want another Manning to interrupt all the commercials I really DO like.

Agreed, but their defense needs to SHOW UP... and I'd love to see 'em spank Indy like they did the Patz.

We'll see.

31-27 Saints sounds awfully close to or exactly what the final score will be! To have my own exact prediction, I will say Saints win 34-27, and stop  Manning on a final drive to tie it up. Perhaps a Sharper pick! 8-)

Sharper is the biggest weakness of the Saints in this game, he's a bit too jumpy and he's going against the QB who is the BEST at looking off coverage. I hope Coach Payton gave him something to keep him playing CF to potentially stop big plays.

Great onside kick, even greater pick. Sorry Peyton, you're still tied with Eli.

Going for the 2 points really messed up the numbers; I got 1st quarter and that's it.

Congrats, you bayou rats.

'twas awesome, indeed.

Did Indy really think Stover had a great chance at making a 51 yarder?? He had to overextend himself to try to kick it that far, don't tell me it had enough leg...

It had the length, his overextension caused it to fade to the left. You could see in the slow motion that his left foot was pointed slightly off to the left...

This should probably go under an NFL 2010 thread but....

JETS trade for Cromartie and bulk up an already top-notch defense/secondary.

Bold move on their part.

Big Ben, class A sexual assaulter. NICE!

Even if he's innocent, interesting he keeps putting himself in this situation.

What situation is this? He is a single guy banging tons of hot 20 y/o's? Who can blame him? Wouldnt you do the same thing?

IMO, he is getting the negative attention because these women know of the first allegation and think that they can make a little money after their liason with Mr. Rothlisberger. (Maybe he sucks in the sack? They obviously had enough after the first time.)

Historically, he has never really had a good QB rating (QB = Quality Bang)
