I was planning on hitting hylands Saturday morning around 10 but can only play one round due to family constraints. I know a few folks on Panthorn so I can probably give some insight there too.
I would be cool with some folks meeting at my place and heading to Hylands day of. I live off of Vernon hill so its a quick 30 min ride down the pike for me

My gf and I will be at hylands around 9 tomorrow for 1-1.5 rounds depending on speed of play. Hopefully we can get some other NHers out there and have a singles match play round. Dena could even have a same-sex challenger if she were game
Love me some Hylands, getting super excited for our challenge!

Me and Bean are gonna be at Hylands tomorrow at 10:00 or 10:30. Working on some strategy for the upcoming challenge. Anyone want to get another run through the course?

What have we learned from our last 2 challenges?
Singles is important, but dubs is really important. Gotta win more dubs matchups this time! Thinking that some of us put too much practice in on the matchplay singles, and not enough focus/preperation for the dubs.

Meet us there tomorrow!

Looks like we have changed our plans to make things quicker during the day which is cool with me. I will probably not be staying at the brewery too long after the challenge though as I dont like to drink and drive and I would prefer to watch the game without having to worry about that kind of stuff. With that said, for those of you who are not too familiar with the sturbridge area Hylands is right down the street from the state police barracks and I have seen at least 1 cop on rt 20 between the pike and hylands every time Ive been there over the past 6 months. Everyone please keep this in mind, dont need any DUIs or worse after we get our first victory

A drinking fountain, a hot dog vendor, toilets, caddies available, bigger baskets (like 8' high and 5' wide), less empty needles and empty 40's and more full ones.

You can grab a hot dog from the Elm Park hot dog truck before teeing off on 16.

Rick Mahoney and I cut down one of the major obstacles hanging on the 13th fairway yesterday and I went back later in the day to cut some other hangers. 13 is once again duceable.
