yeah that cop was way out of hand. on top of any of the rest of the verbal abuse crap, man-handling the kid to the ground is going to net some serious loot. you could have gotten away with that stuff a long time ago, but not in this day and age....

This isnt the first video the cop has been on. The other was a film/art student taping peoples reactions to a moving box. he put a rc car under the box and drove it around. the cop kicked the ox showing the rc car then proceeded to kick the car.

The cop has been suspended with pay for the time being and has an investigation on him for his actions against the 14 yr old boy.
