youre exactly right, at the same time, I dont think there should have been "tampering" with votes... i succumbed to the tampering, but I dont really think it should have happened, it really just screwed up the process and made this a genuine [bleep] show.
Im not hasseling (at least not my intention), I just want to see what the official voting results were. Based on what ive seen from posts on here, which mirror what Mike posted about 5 posts above this one, the 4/2/2 voting results do not seem accurate. I dont really care what course we play at but I would like to see democracy rule in this situation and I dont know what the voting was to be sure that the decision was made fairly. I think it is pretty obvious that WT is a great course for Buff and Wick so I just want to be sure that we are playing there by majority vote.
And i am running for next year, along with Solbo, because i think it would be worth the hassle to help out what I think is a great concept for winter team golf. I also think that if there are no other people running then Steve and I should be the two person "team" that make decisions like this so that no issues of conflict of interest can be incurred. Agree???

Matt, I haveto ask, where do you draw the line between asking straightforward, non-harrassing questions and harrassment? As I've said many times before, Joe is doing a great job and his efforts are sincerely appreciated by everyone. Now, by saying and accepting this, does it mean that no questions are allowed from here on out? It seems as though normal questioning gets immediately categorized as whining which inexorably leads to someone saying "leave Joe alone, he's got enough to deal with"

I agree with you Matt, Joe has done this as a volunteer, for no gain of his own. When we look at the facts, the numbers don't add up. I guess we should play Tully as a compromise.
