Marshall Street has packed your order neatly and securely into a box or envelope and will be bringing it to the local post office on 05/07/2012. It will travel faster than the wind, with the blessing of the frisbee gods, and the karma of our good will, via Priority Mail to the following address:

Further internet investigation reveals that people have been noticing many discs (including dx rocs, pro and star valks, and even champ orcs (?)) with slanted, plus mold-like rims.

Just more of the consistent consistency we have come to expect from innova consistently. Now back to your regularly scheduled Hoey.

we basically give away the baskets...

but send us an email Titan, and we'll see if there's anything there!

dear trent/hoey,

do you have any more S-FD's that are boilerplate stiff, around 170-172g. soft flight plate ones are no good, to under-stable. it has to be crazy hard like KC ROC stiff.

thank you.

sincerely.

I believe discs have been made with slanted rims for some time , however no one noticed until Innova called it a + mold

yeah- except there are definitely unintentional ones out there. i got a banshee recently- champion, and it's so domey and the rim is so slanted- it's a totally different disc than champ banshee's of years ago. major disappointment.

this could be wild speculation, but I don't believe we've had such slanted rims from Innova until L64 started having moderate success with theirs.

Perhaps they've varied a little bit, and even Dave D has said that all rims are slanted to a certain extent... but I don't remember picking up an Innova disc this slanted (on certain molds) since Latitude started becoming a major player.

Hey Dave, do you guys sell the rule book at the store? I couldn't find it on the web site.
Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that disc getting bigger?". Then it hits me.

Thanks. I'll have to remember to pick one up next time I'm there.
