lady and gents, a proposal:

During the next month or so, I'll be raising money to sponsor a hole at Page Park in Bristol, which is now going to 18 holes. If you've never been, check it out, great course 15 minutes from thorn.

I'm sure that James wouldn't mind a neutral course team challenge there next year, or team practice; hell most of us are there anyway. So it would only be right to try and sponsor a hole as a team.

Our own course still needs some work, especially man power cleanup before the next Get Ripped... but Page needs baskets right now.

If anyone can donate just a little, let me know. I can hold the cash, or captains can take over either way. I know times are tough and a lot of us have families, so there's no pressure at all... but even $5 will add up with 15 people.

I'll be at finals Sunday. Let's get a team Panthorn plaque at Page!

4:30 at Crane

Post by Nick Connell »

It looks like the rain will happen in the morning, if at all, tomorrow.

I think I'll arrive at Crane around 4:30 tomorrow (FRI). I'm bringing a newbie along to introduce him to the sport.

Anyone else coming?

Hey guys I just wanted to write and say what an awesome time I had all season playing with all of you, I feel like true teammates with every one of you. It's great to see everyone come together and have fun all season long.

I was honored that CCow asked me to be Co-Capt with him and to have such a great team to be captain of.

Thanks goes out to my doubles partner Ozzy, we couldn't have come close in any of our matches if it wasn't for your clutch putts, upshots or drives, we just knew what each other was gonna do and went out there and got business done! Thanks brother!

I'm looking forward to Team Panthorn 2010 and beyond.

Your Co-Captain.

On another note, Highland Brewery course is going to become a reality, they are taking basket sponsors, up to 5 people can sponsor a basket and will receive lifetime memeberships to the course. I want to have Team Panthorn's name on the Teesign.

They are going with Chainstars and they are $350 so we can split it 5 ways...That's $70 bucks a piece. Not bad at all!

Who's in?
TRB
???
???
???
???

Let me know soon so I can hold our spot so far 11 baskets are sold I can front the money right now but I need to make sure I get 4 more peeps so I'm not left holding the bag. Ya know!

P.S. We have 5 now for the Hyland sponsorship. Me, You, Serpliss, CCow & another not on the team that was looking for a spot.

Yo peoples. Thank you for considering!

Commitments are nice, but I am at collection point for sponsors.

I know I have personally talked to a few of you, so I know there is interest. The quicker I get a few more checks in, the quicker I can put the rest on credit and get baskets here for June!

For those interested, it's go time!

Let's do it

Here is a simple question:

WHY IS OVER HALF OF THE B-POOLS MONEY GOING TO THE A-POOLS PAYOUT?

JUST LOOKING FOR AN ANSWER FROM SOME WHO KNOWS?
