Re: B POOL FINALS 4/9 @ Hyland
Kan Jam battle! Maybe we can setup some kind of four Kan setup and incorporate some DDC gameplay...

Can I call dibs on the only 1000 rated Kan Jam player I've met, Ryan Brunelle?

how is DUBZ gonna be handled..? drop it down to foursomes for only 72 players or crazy groups of 6

Isn't there only gonna be 10 from each team playing per round? So every score will count. 9 guys 1 girl? What happens if no girl plays for team? Penalty?

Me and Siersdale will take down anyone....bring it.
and in the end
we have learned
to love the journey
and not the destination...
In the end, my friend, we will all be together again...

Why should it be any different? Top scores count...male or female.

Re: B POOL FINALS 4/9 @ Hyland
Not sure what the captains will decide for this. We were talking about it as a woman player should be mando for at least one round and if the team doesn't have a woman, then they take the highest woman score as a penalty or something like that.

Re: B POOL FINALS 4/9 @ Hyland
Still don't know yet how it will work for doubles. May do all sixsomes, may do three groups of thirty, who knows. People will find out when it is decided. Not like it matters much at this point...

Updated first post with information about parking. Carpool if you can. If you can't, there is a park and ride a few minutes from the course.

Re: B POOL FINALS 4/9 @ Hyland
How come we are doing 9 and 1 is it due to course size ? Doesn't A pool usually do 14 for top team and 12 for the rest ?

Re: B POOL FINALS 4/9 @ Hyland
I haven't read everything, but these are my initial thoughts.
WOW, so there is no penalty for a team just sending their best players? Send your best 5, and take their scores x 2??? I think it should be worst score +5 for each no show! There are 16 people on each team right? Every team should be able to come up with 10?
Also if you're only allowing 10 per team to play, if teams show with less than 10, other teams should be able to add players so the event is full with the best record adding the first player and so on. If there are enough people that want to play go 6 a hole and start early.
Maple Hill (3-2)
West Thompson (3-2)
Dam Team (2-2)
Panthorn (2-3)
Northampton (1-3)
Borderland II (1-4)
Tolland (1-4)
Borderland (1-4)
Buffumville (0-4)
Matt DeAngelis wrote:Scoring:
• Top 10 singles scores count. If a team has less than 10 the bottom scores will be counted twice. Ex. A team has 8 players, then 7th and 8th will count twice.
• Top 5 doubles scores count.
• Doubles scores will be double weighted.

Ya...that's what I thought too. Tolland would take the 1 seed, Borderland takes the 2 seed...

Also, you have to have a minimum of 8 players, same as any other challenge.
