someone else mentioned 14 in one of my groups. Dont think it bothers me but i got small t-rex arms. Also i could see more issue if someone thought throwing form right side of the box is more beneficial, and thinking of the shot it might be.

when you play the general, you should think of ken with Mr. Burns evil hands from the simpsons. thats how i think of him all the time actually. :)

I didn't realize that Burns was a lefty.
Sometimes I wonder, "Why is that disc getting bigger?". Then it hits me.

We are happy to announce that the 2014 Devens course grant goes to South Kingstown DGC in Wakefield, RI!

This course is being spearheaded by past-devens local Jimmy Blakeney. Jimmy has done some great work down there in Rhode Island and we couldn't be happier to provide $400 towards a basket on the new course.

Right now, it is a 10 hole course with plans to expand to 18 in the future.

Some quick notes about this grant program. It isn't anything super formal and no requests need to be submitted
for consideration. Our goals are to advance the sport and we hand pick a deserving project based on many criteria. We look at course location, progress being made so far and how much confidence we have in the people spearheading the project.

Last year, we donated $400 to Otter Brook State Park in Keene, NH and the amount of work that has gone into that place so far is mind blowing. We are so proud that we have had at least a very small part in creating that gem.

Anytime, you donate to the course by coming to league, putting money in the pipe, etc. YOU are becoming partly responsible for the growth of disc golf in our area.

Otter Brook has Nothing but love and Respect for Devens, hope to one day create what you all have built, disc golf about to explode in RI, Kaboom! thanks for all you guys do for the disc golf community.
I'd be a lot better if those trees didn't get in the way.

anyone mess around with alt layouts for fun yet? make the longest 18 hole layout that flows well that includes these holes: 14, 18, 5, 6, 7 (3 if poss) from the hill and 5, 10, 11 (12 if possible) from the general. longest i cant figure out without including some short holes for flow.
