Saint- Lat 64

Post by Jaxon Sheehy »

Unfortunately I don't have any insight- I am curious if there are any Lat 64 fans that have tried it yet. I want to know if it's anything like the Flow. The flow Just can't handle wind or hyzer which is pretty much 90% of DG right? I love my flow for predictable tomahawks that pancake out. I ordered a Saint with funny money and should be getting it soon. Longer river isn't a great description either since longer than a fairway driver is a distance driver which changes things big time...

I have an opto saint that I've only field tested agains opto river, opto striker and gl striker. It seemed to fly closest to my gl striker. It also seemed to outdistance all of them. Not sure about the wind yet. It was definitely not like my gl river. That has much more right turn on it.

Haven't thrown it yet
But the rim is much smaller than I assumed
It actually is closer to the rim of a river than the rim of a lat64 distance driver-
But most are calling it a speed 9 which puts it under the Wraith line
And closer to a Valk and Beast

yeah, I found the feel of the rim to closely match the river. I did try it against a flow. I still get more distance out of the flow. Haven't tried in the wind yet. The saint could replace my opto river if I wanted something longer. It could also replace the striker, but I like the feel of the rim of the striker. I was able to cut some nice lines with the saint.

and the stamp says "over stable control driver" even though they just hint at that in their own description... they're literally afraid of describing it.
