Muldoon Park in Pelham is the closest. But I would recommend Pye Brook, Top of the Hill or Devens as they are all within 1/2 hours drive.

From Merrimack, top o the hill and muldoon park are both about 30 minutes away. Those are your closest options.

As others have mentioned Muldoon is by far the closest in terms of miles, however it's all back roads with some traffic laden bridges along the way. It takes me about 30 minutes to get from my home in Merrimack to Muldoon. Devens (in MA) is about 45 minutes away, as is Top O The Hill in Canterbury NH. Woods at Beauty Hill is about 1 hour away in Barnstead. Simonds Park in Burlington MA is a 9 hole course about 45 minutes south of Merrimack.
I'd recommend trying out Muldoon, the local crew have put some great work into improving the course lately and the negative reviews before last year shouldn't be held against it. Then I'm biased and I'd suggest showing up for a Wednesday night league night at Devens. I haven't played Top O The Hill but I've heard good things and it's on my to be played list. Beauty Hill is one of my favorite courses hands down and I'd recommend making the trip at least once if you can.
The Worcester area courses (Pyramids, Maple Hill, Newton Hill) aren't really that far away either. You can make the drive in a little over an hour to Worcester, but getting through the city to the other side can take some time. If you are willing to drive more than an hour you can add a bunch of other courses to your list. I'd really suggest just looking through Disc Golf Course Review and checking out any courses that are along your travels.

muldoon > topsfield. the only thing topsfield has going for it is that crosby's on the way has a halfway decent beer selection.
