NEFA DUBZ Points Event at Charlton Woods on Nov. 11th

2 rounds on the Summer Tundra Course (Reds)

Format: (going to try a new format most people have never played before)
- mixing up the format so there are not back to back best disc tourneys (CW 11th, Tully 12th)
- I think it will be a really fun format..

- Friday: Special Putting League
- Saturday: Disc Golf/Poker/Banquet
- Sunday: NEFA Dubz Event

Format:

- Holes 1-6 player A will tee off only, after the tee shot, you will alternate shots with your partner after that.
Example: Player A tees, player B shoots 2nd shot, player A holes out on 3rd shot. Player A still tees off on the next hole.

- Holes 7-12 player A and B will alternate tee shot, Example: Hole 7 - Player A tees, Hole 8 - Player B tees, Hole 9 - Player A tees ect..
After the tee shot, you and your partner will play best disc doubles until you hole out.

- Holes 13-18 player B will tee off only, after the tee shot, you will alternate shots with your partner after that, just as you did in holes 1-6

Player A and B will be determined by alphabetical order of last name, and you will switch second round. Example: If you are player A first round and tee on holes 1-6,7,9, and 11 you will become player B the second round and tee on holes 8,10,12, and 13-18. That gives the chance for everybody to tee off on every hole once throughout the day.

Entry Fees: $30 per team for all divisions, cash payouts to all divisions

This format sounds very cool. One question/ clarification: player A tees off first on holes 1-6 of the course, the way the holes are numbered right? Not the first 6 holes they happen to play (assuming a shotgun start).

I think this is the only way to make sure each player tees off on every hole once (assuming that the group may not start on the same hole in the second round that they started on in the first round.). Maybe this is obvious to everyone else, but I had to think about it for a while.

we can do it that way also, but in the long run it doesn't matter because everyone has the equal opportunity to tee off

If you know the course well enough, you can decide who tees off as the A vs the B and on which set of holes though.

No team if gaining an advantage by choosing who their player A or B is
