So these two kids are the ones who reported the man and daughter struggling in the lake earlier this month.
Unfortunately the man did not make it but his 7-yr old daughter was able to be rescued to do these kids alerting authorities promptly.
I can't believe I even missed this story til just now.

That's the same look he gave me when he pulled me over on my way to Buff about a month ago... maybe he was just proud of me.

Kidding aside, cool story. Kids that do smart things are cool. My kid pulls his pants down and pees off the deck (luckily he's only 4). The parents of these kids should definitely be proud.
