Team Challenge Update: Todd Lapham resigning as Commish

I know we generally do not post team challenge items on this board, but given the season and the sparse views on the TC forum at this time of year, I wanted to make sure that all who care will know that after a long run as commissioner, Todd is stepping down this summer.
