Date is set for 9/27 at Barre Fall Damn DGC! We will have the pavilion reserved for a full day of disc and socializing.

All lefties are invite to the team! To sign up just contact me, Andrew Streeter, or Ken Gary. Invite your favorite righty rival to play singles against in the first round.

Each team is getting hoodies. $20 each! Order is going in soon so hit me up!

For the sake of maximizing rosters (particular us lefties who have a smaller pool to draw from), I would think more than 3 weeks lead time would be a good idea. Maybe aim for an October or November date so people have more time to plan or arrange availability.

Sunday 10/12 looks pretty clear from what I can find on various schedules.

I really think Squam should get serious consideration for this. It is an awesome course and this type of event would be perfect there. Let's spread the DG event love up North a little. So many events happen at MH already.

This is my idea for a format for the L v R challenge.

So obviously there are 20 righties for every lefty and there has been a competitive balance issue in the past (we get crushed). Since this is an event pretty much by Lefties for Lefties, it should cater in many to us. No one is going to want to show up and get crushed again. My goal for the event is to make is as social and competitive as possible.

My suggestion goes like this. Each lefty signs up with a righty they want to play against for the singles round. The righty should be of about equal skill level and someone you enjoy playing with and against. For me the choice is easy, JonBon! Our rating is identical and I love beating him. We are friends and rivals. If I wanted to pick someone worse so Team Lefty would win...that's fine too. This is for us!

For doubles Team Captains could set up the matches based on rating/sobriety.
