Finally watched the video.....
I saw something like that at Barre a few years ago when they were thinning trees along some stone wall out along fairway 4. There was debris everywhere; I was playing the hole and wood chips were flying all around. I figured I'd better get out of there before I ended up wearing a thousand toothpicks as a jacket.

Too big to fit down Panthorns fairways. The multi brush piles will have to stay

They appear to be using one to clear out the fairways for the new course in Manchester.
