when I pulled in and saw how many cars I was shocked
I am always amazed by DG'ers and the unpredictable nature that comes with our beloved sport

15 people showed for the 1st official RFG Friday Dubz league

we had 7 teams and a cali(18 shots per round, not one a hole)

1st 53 Cali Adam Dodge $30

I am doing some scoring averages and some interesting notes for us as course workers to consider..it is tough cuz tees will drop averages I am sure..but once tees go in we kinda wanna be finshed tinkering but hey if something doesn't add up we will just tweak a tee
esp combined with the old scoring averages and some scores I collected from casual rounds with people


I wanna say Devens has some cool people and I wish time allows me to adventure out that way more in the future...the love they show to their greater area has been just above anything I have seen around the NE scene

We have to keep start time early due to the course being so long and difficult..so not much will change on that front

Once the season changes we will prob go with a 9 hole dubz league maybe add 3 holes down on flats of club area

I will get the word out there more and try to get some club members out to league as the parking lot was full with drinkers at the bar maybe a round of DG will serve them better

I hope some come back and others just checking things out will come back to future events or enjoy a casual round to see the progress as there are many things we still need to do to get this polished to the high level we want it to be

I am glad Istayed late cuz I ran into the RFG club member in chgarge of tee materials and work force and we finally got a plan going!!!!!!! I thank you all for being there as I like to think your awesomeness helped the world align for that to happen

I also encourage and respect feedback of any kind...I have thick skin and the end goal is to give the players a challenge while still having fun..keep in mind we are going for tough..but also wanna ensure fairness
