A bunny proposed in Shrewsbury...

Post by Dave Jackson »

There is a bunny layout that will hopefully pop up in Shrewsbury.

The wascly-wittle-wabbit will be something a competitive disc golfer might not frequent, but kidzies will.

Stay tuned...

I heard a bee buzzing that this course might be in place. 9 holes all under 200 ft. long?

A friend posted this picture the other day on the facebook...

He said he believes it's open to the public and it's located between the old high school and middle school there...

The cats out of the bag.
I tried to keep it under wraps as long as possible.
Last November, I finished the design and install of this course and told almost no one.
I didn't want adult disc golfers playing there as much as I wanted kids with their families to populate the course first.
I'll do a write up about it tomorrow.
It's a very cool course designed for kids, with an alt. layout designed for tournament players.
Sherwood Oaks Disc Golf Course is on school grounds, so use your head when playing as the local police will crush your soul in ways unimaginable if you're caught or reported doing any illegal activities such as drinking, smoking or littering.
More tomorrow on a new thread.

ps- it has 28 chain Innova Discatchers, tee signs and compacted processed gravel tees 8-)

That's really great Dave!

Great job, and thank you!!

I went to both of those schools there, and it's great to see disc golf a part of it!
