A house across the street from my 48-acre Disc Golf farm (the Oasis at Warwick) and next door to the 2 Warwick (NY) disc golf courses went on the market last week.
Thought you would appreciate seeing the description in the official MLS real estate listing where it actually mentions the house is "adjacent to a world class Disc Golf course".

We have seen too many stories of courses being pulled because home-owners next door to a Disc Golf course have issues with Disc Golfers.
I know I'm happy/proud that our courses are deemed to actually be considered something desirable enough to be included as a benefit associated with purchasing this home.
