The creative get out of trouble scramble shots that make everyone else in your group go, "Damn. I thought I was getting at least one stroke back!"

High anhy'd Arrow.
And I noticed that you were smart enough to list "...dg..." in the title, otherwise (with this crew) you would have gotten "JD", "Johnny Walker Blue", etc. Besides, the "...ones that go in" are always preferable to those that dribble down your chin....

Lefty backhand!
But besides that, anything that goes extremely straight is the most fun to watch and throw

A successful roller to get out of some trees is always very satisfying when you pull off, and of course very aggravating when you hit that exact first tree.

The one where you throw a lofty hyzer around that crooked tree in the middle of the fairway and the disc glides effortlessly to park right under the basket. Except they moved the basket earlier that weekend.
Yeah, love that shot.

Long downhill shots that seem to glide forever. Had one in June at Mars Hill in N.C.
Any difficult planned shot, that you pull off.

The one where you pick your disc up from under the basket and place it inside.
***Unless it happens immediately following a putt. Then it becomes my least favorite dg shot.
