Would it be possible to edit the Upcoming Tournament Tab on the main page and add the day Registration Opens for tourneys to it?
Pain in the ass sometimes going through the Tournament Forums just to see when registration opens

It may be possible, but it would take a lot of effort to make it happen. Given that dates for registration can change, it would be the responsibility of the TD to send that info to the person in charge of updating. I think the better option is to have the TD create a thread in the tournament section, then provide that to the scheduler when requesting the event be added to the schedule. That link can be included and people can click the link to launch to the specific thread for each event.
