WICKHAM PARK 2015 TUESDAY HC LEAGUE

The first league will be this Tuesday 4/14/15, I will let know if it will start in the park or at Marcos once i figure out how late the park is staying open until. We won't have local tags until the bag tag tournament but we will be playing for lifetime tags. I do have lifetime tags for sale $20.


Rules
Anyone can play doesn’t matter how long you have been playing.
Everyone plays the same layout the person who shoots the lowest score with their handicap wins.
The top players with their adjusted handicap scores will get paid cash.

Tags
Tags can be purchased at the tag tournament or from me or Ditterman if there are any left.
The person who shoots the lowest score without their handicap will get the lowest tag that week and so on.
If you leave your tag and don’t show up to play the following week it will be replaced by the highest tag and your tag will be played for.

Handicaps
Example of how handicaps work- raw score 65, handicap score 11, final score 54.
Handicaps are given after you have played 3 rounds (this will establish a handicap for the year)
Your handicap can move up in down from week to week depending on how you play.
Some people already have handicaps from last year.
Handicaps are capped between 2-18 (unless girl or kid)

Leagues Cost
$2 if you are just playing for handicap or don’t want to play for cash. $2 ace pot
$7 if you have a handicap or want to play with a 0 handicap for cash. $2 ace pot and $5 payout.
There will be a $1 CTP. Each week people can opt to pay an extra dollar to have a shot at winning a cash CTP. The hole the CTP will be on will vary week to week.

The ace pot is capped at $300, once the ace pot reaches $300 a new ace pot will be made. The ace pot will not carry over to the next year, if the ace pot isn't hit it will go to the course at the end of the year.

Winners
At the end of league the person with the most wins will get the Brian “BUC” Kozicki league champion trophy.
The person who shots the lowest score with their handicap will win that week.

In case of a tie
1. Playoff (complete holes or CTP) depending on time
2. Raw score (If no time for a playoff)
3. Most birdies (if handicaps are the same)
4. Fewest bogies (if birdies are the same)
5. Lowest tag (if bogies are the same)

SIDE NOTE:Yesterday i saw one of the sickest shots ever. Playing regular 7 Brett threw a horrible drive and landed about 3 feet in the woods. He then throws a laser flick through a small window, the disc looks like its going to hit the ground when the wind picks it up as it smashes the chains and still goes 5 feet past the basket. It was a 250 ft blind throw and it was sick! if only it stayed in the basket.
