72 Players Maximum, 8 AM start with snack only between rounds, done by ~2. See information in second post.

Play: 2 rounds of 18 holes at Barre Falls Dam. PDGA rules of play will apply. Maximum golfers: 72.

Cost: $40 for Pro Open, Pro Women, Pro Masters & Pro Grandmasters
$20 for Advanced Men, Advanced Women, Advanced Masters, Advanced Grandmasters, Intermediate, Intermediate Women, Recreational & Junior

Low cost event - Trophies for each Division, Cash payout to Pro's

Dam Series fees of $1 to Haiti Mission, $2 to Dam Series, $1 Ace Pot, plus PDGA, NEFA, and other costs included in registration fee. Additional prizes or small payout to AM's.

Schedule: Registration 7:00 to 7:40, Players meeting 7:45 am, first round 8:00 am, re-shuffle/snack, second round, awards.

Divisions: All 11 NEFA Points Divisions- See above.

Prizes: Marshall Street bucks for any amateur division payout.

Register On-line: On-line registrations through NEFA. Detailed information to follow, tentatively scheduled for Monday 7/27 at 9 PM. Link to registration will be provided on this thread. Mail registrations can be sent as well, but on-line NEFA registrations is your best bet.

All refunds will be done by TD within 1 week after the event.

Directions: From Route 2, take route 68 south (exit 22) through Gardner and into Hubbardston. Turn right on Elm St (you will see a sign for Barre Falls Dam), which becomes Barre Rd. This road leads to the main entrance of the project site; enter and follow the road across the dam and into the parking area.

From Mass Pike, take I-290 north to I-190 north. Take exit 5 and turn left onto route 140 north. Continue for 2 miles, then turn left onto route 62 west. Follow rte 62 for 12 miles and turn left at the entrance to the Barre Falls Dam project site.

Camping with be allowed Saturday as well for $5 dollar fee to support disc golf portion of club

Update on course conditions: the outer field fairways have been mowed; fields are still a tad thick (the 1st haying took place early July), so use spotters.

Rangers doing some weed whacking this week and I'll be finishing up tees that need re-packing. Otherwise, she's ready to rumble!!

I know some are interested in getting the Marshall Street Dollars quickly. I had other plans after the tournament last night, so will be doing the numbers etc tonight, and getting those over to MS. They will likely get back to you in a couple of days.

Thanks to Jim Bobka for having the place in great shape and keep improving on things as Barre. Thanks to those that helped yesterday with various things, in particular Gary Cyr with the scores.

haha well I found out helping with scorecards is not my strong suite.....

thank you everybody for the props. Looking to add more benches this fall and start tweaking the OB situation. She's a work in progress, for sure.
