Center Springs Park, Manchester

Post by Mike Grzywinski »

Is there any truth to the rumor that the City has agreed to a course at Center Springs Park?

The person you want to talk to is Alto, hes the dude that runs the Tuesday handicap league. He also works for the town. Last thing I heard is that it is gonna be a 9 hole course and could be in as early as the end of the year, but if that means anything it could be just baskets with flag signs or actual tees. Definitely seems like a great option for the area, but like most courses you never know if it is gonna happen until the baskets are in the ground. Got all the faith in Alto, just cant trust a politics.

There was a nice article in yesterday's Journal Inquirer about the course. A big thanks to everyone getting it from an idea in someone's head to the ground. Look forward to playing there soon.

Nice job Alto. The course is great...I played it this morning. Can't wait for the back 9 to be designed and installed. There was a nice article in yesterday's Journal Inquirer about the course.
