The Game
The golf format will be singles, two rounds of 18 holes each. Maximum players – TBD.

Schedule
Sunday, Sept 20th
8:15 - 9:00am - Mandatory registration and/or check-in
9:00 am - Mandatory players meeting and Round 1,
12:45pm (approximately) - Round 2 players meeting
5:00 pm – Awards Ceremony



Special Conditions:
PDGA rules will be used for competition but this is not a PDGA or NEFA event. You are free to drink during the day and the round. Just be respectful to all players.

Fees $1 ace pot, $1 Haiti fee, Other tournament expenses
All Pros - $45
All Amateurs - $20

Payouts:
100% payout after expenses. All expenses pro-rated across divisions.
Pros: paying 45% of field. Cash
Amateurs and Juniors: paying 50% Cash

Hello Folks,

This is to inform and bump to the top of the thread. I've updated the first post with qualified names from Barre and TOD. I've also added Fees to the prize pool. We are currently at $874 with OtterBrook still to send in their fees from the tournament.

The plan is still to add the qualified players coming out of Otter Brook to the list and go live with the registration link on Monday 9/14 at 8:00PM. There will be 48 hours for players who are qualified to sign up. After that if there's any remaining spots, they go on a first come first serve basis starting at 8:00PM on Wednesday 9/16 at 8:00PM.

There's no way for me to prevent someone who not qualified from using the link to sign up once it's live. If you do use the link to sign up before 8:00Pm on Wednesday 9/16 and you are not qualified, that registration will not count. You will need to register again and have a timestamp on your registration that's after 8:00PM EST Wednesday 9/16.

The list has been updated. Remember that you must play in the highest division in which you've qualified. If you get in as a non qualified player, I will be the one to decide which division you play in based on you historical tournament and/or casual play. The idea is to avoid division dropping from your skill level to go after easy cash.

I will post the link at 9:00PM. I did hope to do 8:00PM but I need to go to Pyramids league tonight to meet with Matt Grayum. 8:00PM is cutting it too close for me to be home in time. All qualified players will get 48 hours to register before I open it to all others. the weather looks good so rather than do a cook out and deal with all that I'm going to open it to 57 total players. That's threesomes with a ghost group.
