Ball & Chain Classic At Dunroamin Country Club / Flatrock

Ball & Chain Classic Event to raise $$ for the Wounded Warrior Project !

Format :
9 holes ball golf at Dunroamin Country Club followed by 18 holes disc golf at Flatrock.

Particulars :

Sign up with a team of 4 players. $50 per player/$200 per team
4 person Scramble at Dunroamin Route 32 Lower Road, Gilbertville Ma SHOTGUN start at 8:30 am Sunday October 11th, 2015.

(additional $8 per player if you want a golf cart)

light lunch/snack provided at Flatrock prior to and during the 18 holes of disc golf (approximate start time 11:45AM)
split your team of 4 into 2 teams of 2 ,playing best disc dubs. then make the "best score" between them ie Dave and Jon shoot a 2 on hole 1 and AJ and Doug shoot a 3 they'll keep the 2 for that hole.

Bring extra $$ there will be raffles, CTP contests and auctioning off of cool stuff !
DunRoamin has provided a certificate for 4 rounds of 18 holes of golf which can be split into rounds of 9 if preferred.

special prize for Team that raises the most money for WWP
potluck BYO cookout at Flatrock immediately following the disc golf

most likely will be a random dubs 5 dolla holla after cookout.

need minimum of 8 teams by 9/27/15 or event will be cancelled.

This blows, but I have to bow out for this day.
It's the same day as our Newcomers Ball at Maple Hill. We were having a tough time nailing down all four guys and I have to TD that day.

Sorry sir. If somehow this event doesn't happen until 2016, I have a much better chance of making it.

I am calling this event a huge success. we had six 4 somes. we raised $840 dollars for the Wounded Warrior Project. This will become an annual event in the fall.

This was a blast! Thanks to my Team for inviting me, and thanks to Franchi for putting this together. Great time for a great cause!! Can't believe I had never played Flatrock before. I loved it and can't wait to get back there! Really special place!
