New disc golf course in the Northwestern corner of CT! Less than a mile from the MA border and maybe 10 miles from NY?

It will be behind the "Caddie Shack" on Route 7.

COURSE WORKDAYS THIS WEEKEND! We will be carving out the rest of the fairways and INSTALLING BASKETS!

It would be huge if some people from NEFA could come out and volunteer as this course has been locally sponsored and fund raised and will be built and maintained by volunteers.

You guys are beasts out there! Do y'all have enough players and volunteers to maintain all this growth?? You guys should be giving lessons ...

Doesn't take too many volunteers, just a few, hard-working and dedicated disc golfers. This course is not part of Discap, however. The thanks are due to Tri State Disc Golf club!

Thx for the DisCap Props!! We have grown from 2 courses to about 15 under our general umbrella in the last 6 years. This one is just out of our range about 90 mins from Albany. Gave them some pointers and I hope to make it out to help them grow.

All 18 baskets are in, however there are no signs or map. Aaron K. has been out there working often, I've seen lots of pictures. Some of the fairways are still pretty rough. The course will have its grand opening in the spring. Get with a local if you want to play or send me a PM.

Finally got out to check this out............ serious potential!!
Restrictions on what he can cut down makes this course pretty technical.
Aaron needs some help to get fairways defined and brush cleared.

A lot more work has been done at the course, a couple of tee and basket locations have changed. All baskets now have numbers. Some of us will be out there this Sunday to check out the progress and play a round.

Aaron and Company have been busy this spring........ Northwest CT DG is starting to bloom !!!!
