pee-dga changed da rulez... you have to be 40 the entire year, not turn 40 in the calendar year. so, a whole year of playaz gets skwuu'd.

That rule has not changed. The chart I looked at it did look like that but at the bottom of the chart it specified. I contacted the PDGA and they confirmed the rule has not changed.
