The 501 FIESTA! 05/06 PDGA C-TIER, WMPS

Pure Flight will host the first ever PDGA event at 501! Be involved with setting the first rated rounds at this awesome addition to Western Mass Disc Golf! A Southwick design on a beautiful piece of land, maintained by its owner, Bill Holmgren and others including Jaime Perron, who has been burning tirelessly lately! Come enjoy these guys' hard work and play this gem!

Registration goes live this Friday night at 7:30pm!!

Schedule:

8:00-9:00am: Registration/Lunch Orders

9:15: Player's Meeting

9:30: 1st Round Tee Off

12:30pm: Lunch

1:30pm: 2nd Round Tee Off

5:30pm: Award Ceremony

Player Packs

All amateurs will receive custom stamped discs for attending the event.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Pure Flight Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and withdrawals

A. Players must directly email or phone their withdrawals to the Tournament Director at the contact information posted for the tournament in order to satisfy an official request.
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus a $10 handling fee.
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event 15 to 29 days before
the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled through either the waitlist or walk up entry . If the player's spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 50% cash refund or just the player's pack the player would received if they had attended minus cost of shipping. Pros will receive 50 % of entry fee.
D. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the events published closure of registration will recieve 25% of entry fee or players pack only (minus shipping cost). Pros will receive a 25% cash refund .
E. Players who do not officially request to withdraw from the event prior to the published closure of registration and don't play forfeit their entry fee with no player's pack and no refund
